CONSTRUCTION D'UN COLLEGE 600 ZAC MALEPERE A TOULOUSE - MISSION DE MAITRISE D'OEUVRE - CONCOURS RESTREINT

The Conseil départemental de la Haute-Garonne is procuring a design and management services contract (maîtrise d'oeuvre) for the construction of a new 600-place secondary school on the ZAC de Malepère in Toulouse, including three staff residences, a sports facility, parking, and selective deconstruction with asbestos removal of an existing building, with a budget envelope of €18 million HT for works. The project must achieve Gold level certification under the Bâtiment Durable Occitanie standard, be energy-positive, and be delivered entirely in BIM format. The restricted tender is open until 31 July 2026 and requires the design team to demonstrate minimum competencies across architecture, technical studies, eco-materials, soil pollution, asbestos removal, acoustics, landscape, environmental performance, and circular economy.
