The work includes manual handling, loading, and disposal of collected items through appropriate treatment or recovery channels, with services tailored to high-density residential areas facing accessibility constraints and public cleanliness challenges. The contract was awarded to Centre Social et Culturel l'Espelido - Entreprise solidaire and Régie des Quartiers du Grand Avignon, with lots reserved for labour-integration structures.
