Helsinki's Culture and Leisure Department is procuring cleaning services for Oodi Central Library for the period January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2028, with an optional two-year extension through December 31, 2030. The 12,900 m² facility, which serves approximately 10,000 daily visitors, requires a minimum of two on-site staff during all operating hours (Monday–Friday 8:00–21:00, weekends 10:00–20:00), with continuous maintenance of 60 toilets and capacity for urgent, interim, and specialized cleaning around regular events and catering activities held throughout the week.
