Architectural Consultancy Services including Assigned Certifier (AC), Design Certifier (DC), Employers Representative (ER) and PSDP Consultancy Service - Office Fit Out in Cork City Centre

The consultant Architect (A) will be responsible for the project delivery, management and coordination of DT/project specialists, will direct and coordinate consultants and contractors and liaise and communicate with various stakeholders. Architect has to meet project milestones in accordance with the programme. Key Performance Indicators (cost, time and quality) will be applied to monitor performance/progress of project delivery. The proposed works will include a Category A + Category B fit-out of an existing office building in Cork City centre to provide office space for a government department. The nett floor area of works is over 19000 sq f to accommodate 140 staff.
