Es werden Erweiterte Rohbauarbeiten an drei Bestandsgebäuden nach vorher abgeschlossener Schadstoffsanierung sowie Errichtung einer Erweiterung erfolgen. Der Brutto-Rauminhalt der Erweiterung beträgt dabei ca. 4.050 m³. Die Schulgebäude sind komplett leergezogen. Lediglich die Turnhalle bleibt während der Baumaßnahme in Betrieb.
