Overview
Tampereen kaupunki pyysi tarjouksia työvoimapalveluiden järjestämisestä annetun lain (380/2023) mukaisesta valmennuspalvelusta. Avoimella menettelyllä valittiin yksi palveluntuottaja, jonka kanssa tehtiin toistaiseksi voimassa oleva hankintasopimus. Hankittavan palvelun sisältö oli kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevassa hankinnan kohteen kuvauksessa. Hankintayksikkö valitsi tarjouksista kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisimman. Kokonaistaloudellisen edullisuuden perusteet (arviointikriteerit) esitettiin tarjouspyynnössä.
