Région Normandie awarded a framework agreement to Octopus on 15 June 2026 for the editing, printing, acquisition, distribution and promotion of publications from the Culture and Heritage Department's national collections (Heritage Routes, Heritage Images, and Heritage Notebooks) as well as other works, including ancillary printed items such as postcards and bookmarks. The agreement, valued at 208,000 EUR, will be executed through subsequent purchase orders and operates on a mono-supplier basis with compensation through unit and fixed prices combined with revenue sharing arrangements.
