Relance du Concours restreint de maîtrise d’œuvre sur esquisse pour la construction d’une SMAC et aménagement de ses espaces extérieurs

The Commune de Chiconi conducted a restricted design competition for the construction of a SMAC (Société Mixte d'Activité Culturelle) and landscaping of its exterior spaces, with a total project cost of approximately €21.5 million. The contract was awarded on 26 May 2026 to a consortium of nine firms including AR.O.M, Albert et compagnie, BATISERF INGENIERIE, Bureau Michel Forgue, INTEGRALE INGENIERIE, LASA, Société Hérault-Arnod Associés, Uni Vert Durable Mayotte, and Ducks Scéno. The scope includes a 3,310.5 m² building and approximately 4,500 m² of exterior landscaping, aligned with the Mayernergie Plus charter.
