The State Support Services Centre has awarded a contract for demand-based accommodation services with ancillary services at hotel, motel, or guesthouse-type facilities for foreign nationals who have arrived in Estonia due to war, conflict, natural disaster, or other major events, and for local residents forced to leave their homes by similar circumstances who lack means to support themselves. The contract, valued at 120 million EUR, was awarded on 18 June 2026 to eight providers: MoSpa OÜ, Osaühing Jäneda Mõis, OÜ Asa Spa, OÜ GoHotels, OÜ KARUPESA HOTELL, Taevaskoja Turismi- ja Puhkekeskus OÜ, aktsiaselts HEAL, and aktsiaselts Sanatoorium Tervis.
