Overview
Riigihanke esemeks on vajaduspõhise kirjaliku tõlketeenuse osutamine Eesti I ja II astme kohtutele riigihanke alusdokumentides sätestatud tingimustel ja korras.
Teenus sisaldab kirjalikku kriminaalmenetluse ja rahvusvahelise õigusabi ning koostöö materjalide ja muude kohtute igapäevases töös vajaminevate materjalide tõlkimist. Tõlketeenus peab sisaldama tõlkimist ja toimetamist. Pakkuja peab raamlepingu täitmisel kasutama tõlketarkvara (MemoQ).
