Overview
De dienst HR zoekt een tijdelijk afdelingshoofd waarbij je het 20-koppige team van HR Operations aanstuurt.
Hierbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goed verlopen van onder andere de maandelijkse payroll runs, de wettelijke rapporteringen, het klantencontactcentrum en uiteraard alle processen en medewerkers gelinkt aan je verantwoordelijkheden.
De basisopdracht loopt van 14 april 2025 (gewenste startdatum) tot en met 31 december 2025.
De opdracht kan 1 keer expliciet verlengd worden met maximum 6 maanden.
