Eine Kooperation mit einem der auf dem Markt etablierten Anbieter soll eingegangen werden. So können alle Beschäftigten – unabhängig von finanziellen Möglichkeiten oder individuellen Bedürfnissen – eine passende Option für sich finden. Dieses Vorgehen hat sich auch in den anderen Behörden bewährt (z. B. StK, StMWi).
Die Leistung soll auch den Beschäftigten der nachgeordneten Ämter in ganz Bayern zur Verfügung stehen.
