Overview
Für die Entwicklung "Hillerheide - Leben am See" muss umfangreich neues Planungsrecht geschaffen werden. Gegenstand dieses VgV-Verfahrens ist die Aufstellung des zweiten und dritten Teilplans des Bebauungsplans Nr. 320 (stufenweise Beauftragung) für das ehemalige Trabrennbahnareal gem. §19 i. V. m. Anlage 3 HOAI 2021 für die Leistungsphasen 1 - 3.
