Für die Unterhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Ufer- und Strombauwerken, als Trennlage oder Filter ist Geovlies für den späteren Einbau an die Außenbezirke Grabow, Parchim und Waren des WSA Elbe zu liefern. Der Einbau erfolgt durch das Personal des WSA Elbe. Die Lieferung der Geotextilien ist per LKW vorgesehen
