Overview
Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt im Rahmen der Modernisierung ihrer IT-Systemlandschaft die sukzessive Implementierung folgender Softwaremodule: CRM (Los 3), Newsletter (Los 4), Project-Lifecycle (Los 5). Vom Auftragsgegenstand umfasst ist die Bereitstellung des jeweiligen losspezifischen Softwaremoduls (inkl Implementierung, Migration von Altdaten und Schulungen) sowie Wartung, Support und Weiterentwicklung (Erweiterungen/Customizing/SLAS) des Systems. Zu diesem Zweck wurde je Los ein Leistungsvertrag mit einer externen Dienstleisterin abgeschlossen.
