The EU's contributions to the effective functioning and governance of multilateral system are showcased and communicated effectively. This procurement will provide the necessary services and expertise to support these objectives, ensuring the EU’s voice is amplified and its global diplomatic efforts are strategically reinforced in multilateral settings.
