Ein Zuwendungsbescheid aus Mitteln des Bundes und des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen aus dem Krankenhaus-Strukturfonds gem. §12a Krankenhausfinanzierungsgesetzt (KHG) i. V. m. §§11-18 Krankenhausstrukturfondsverordnung (KHSFV) und §§23, 44 Landeshaushaltordnung NRW (LHO NRW) liegt bereits positiv entschieden vor.
