Shumen Municipality procured consulting services for the organization and management of five energy efficiency improvement projects funded by the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, covering administrative buildings, a regional library, a regional history museum, a municipal building, and a sports complex. The scope includes document review, contract monitoring and coordination, and overall project management and reporting, with services to be delivered by a team of two experts (project manager and project coordinator) until 30 June 2026. The procurement was awarded on 19 May 2026.
