Servicii de Consultanță și Supervizare a proiectării și execuției lucrărilor pentru „Modernizarea infrastructurii feroviare din Portul Constanta – Etapa III”

CFR SA awarded a contract for consulting and supervision services related to the design and execution of works for the modernization of railway infrastructure in Constanța Port – Phase III. The contract, valued at 5,377,024.44 RON, was awarded on 15 July 2026 to the consortium KONSENT, MGGP, and MGGP ENGINEERING. The supervisor will oversee project design, construction execution, and warranty periods to ensure compliance with contractual obligations regarding timeline, quality, and cost, with contract execution conditional on securing state budget or non-reimbursable European funding and the prior execution of the related design and construction contract.
