Overview
Die BWI GmbH erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die zeitlich unbefristete Überlassung von der "POSY Output Factory" Software und der notwendigen Pflege- und Supportleistungen für Neu- und Bestandslizenzen ebenso der Erbringung von softwarenahen Vertragsleistungen in Form von Implementierungs- und Customizing- (remote und vor Ort) sowie Schulungsleistungen für die im Bestand befindliche Software POSY im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 2 lit. c) VgV an den Herstellers SET GmbH zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal vier Jahren abgeschlossen.
