Powyższy odcinek stanowi fragment połączenia drogowego na relacji Żagań – Kalisz, oraz zlokalizowany jest na terenie województwa dolnośląskiego, w powiecie polkowickim i głogowskim na terenie gmin: Radwanice, Głogów, Żukowice, Kotla.
