NBank has awarded a contract to Finanz Informatik GmbH & Co. KG for the introduction of an integrated banking solution comprising a new core banking system and customer/case worker portal as part of its overall bank strategy. The project encompasses conception, implementation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of a modern, modular platform covering contract processing, accounting, payment transactions, and grant management, along with related consulting, data quality assurance, compliance support, and operational services, structured in two phases: a pre-project phase to develop standardized implementation procedures and an MVP, followed by a rollout phase including migration, interface development, customization, training, and hypercare support.
