Pirkimas atliekamas vadovaujantis LR Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 71 straipsnio 1 dalies 2 punkto c papunkčiu (dėl išimtinių teisių, įskaitant intelektinės nuosavybės teises, apsaugos) nes paslaugas gali teikti tik konkretus tiekėjas dėl išimtinių teisių UAB „TECHNOLOGINIŲ PASLAUGŲ SPRENDIMAI“ ir Viešųjų pirkimų tarnybos 2025-08-29 Nr. 4S-1058 sprendimu dėl sutikimo vykdyti pirkimą neskelbiamų derybų būdu.
