Kompleksowa realizacja badania dotyczącego zapotrzebowania na kwalifikacje i kompetencje pracowników w sektorze przemysłu lotniczego

Podkarpackie Centrum Innowacji commissioned a comprehensive study on skills and competencies demand in Poland's aerospace industry sector, covering current and short-term (3 years) and medium-term (5 years) perspectives, with analysis of business needs and formal and non-formal education systems, including digitalization and Industry 4.0 impacts. The contract was awarded on 2026-04-24 to Grupa BST Sp. z o.o. and IBC Advisory S.A. for 544,750 PLN. The study is co-financed by European Union funds under the Sectoral Competency Council programme and must comply with accessibility requirements, non-discrimination principles, and environmental sustainability standards.
