Die KWO schreibt die Beschaffung von zwei Maschinensätzen (Pumpturbine und Motorgenerator, angeschlossen an einen MMC Frequenzumrichter, welcher mit einer separaten Submission beschafft wird) im Pumpspeicherwerk Grimsel 4 in zwei Losen aus. Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Planung, Herstellung, Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebsetzung einerseits von zwei baugleichen, reversiblen, drehzahlvariablen Pumpturbinen inkl. Pumpturbinenregler («Los Pumpturbine») und andererseits von zwei baugleichen synchronen Motorgeneratoren («Los Motorgenerator»). Im Los Pumpturbine ist ein Modellversuch inkludiert.
Die Lose 1 und 2 dürfen gemeinsam oder separat angeboten werden.
