Travaux de construction d'un parking silo - Ilot Briand - à La Roche-sur-Yon

The Département de la Vendée commissioned the construction of a 343-space multi-level parking structure on the Ilot Briand site in La Roche-sur-Yon, featuring three sections with staggered levels to accommodate the site's steep slope, including a semi-buried section for departmental vehicles with electric charging infrastructure and ground-floor motorcycle parking and transformer room. The project, awarded to a consortium of eight contractors (Ateliers David, Charpentier Travaux Publics, HD Resine, Itex, Masse Charpente Serrurerie, Nouvelle Societe d Ascenseurs, Scop Amenagement Jardins Espaces Verts, and Vendee Fluides Energies) for €6,080,800.62 on 12 June 2026, includes photovoltaic panels ready for installation and operation by Vendée Énergie. Construction was scheduled to begin in May 2026 with a ten-month duration.
