The Département de la Vendée awarded a project management services contract to CLAAS ARCHITECTES for €302,055 to oversee the creation of a centre of excellence in saddlery and harness-making training at the Vendée stud farm. The scope includes restructuring existing spaces in buildings D and the West wing, creating new training facilities, renovating the building envelope, adding vertical circulation, partially deconstructing and refitting floors, and ensuring compliance with seismic and activity-specific regulations, with estimated construction costs of €1,930,000 HT.
