Overview
Die Stadt Lehrte beabsichtigt ihren Baubetriebshof zu erweitern. Anlehnend an die Planung aus Variante 3 der Machbarkeitsstudie soll der Baubetriebshof um ein Gebäude für die gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden sowie eine neue Fahrzeughalle erweitert werden. Der Abriss der Bestands-Fahrzeughalle ist mit einzuplanen. Abriss und Neubau der Fahrzeughalle haben außerhalb des Winterdienstes (ca. April - Oktober) zu erfolgen. Der Bau der Fahrzeughalle ist für das Jahr 2027 einzuplanen. Es ist aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht gewünscht beide Neubauten parallel auszuführen, jedoch mindestens die Fahrzeughalle in 2027.
