Ceiling increase of ELA/2023/OP/0015/FWC/Lot 1 - EURES Communication

On 17/11/2023, ELA signed a single framework service contract for the provision of EURES communication services under Lot 1: ELA/2023/OP/0015/FWC/Lot 1 with Pomilio Blumm SRL. The contract was awarded following the open procurement procedure No ELA/2023/OP/0015. The contract ceiling is close to be reached, therefore to ensure the business continuity, a negotiated procedure according to the Point 11.1. (e) of Annex 1 of the EU Financial Regulation was launched. The option to follow this procedure to increase the framework contract ceiling in maximum 50% within three years of the validity of the framework contract was announced in the original procurement documents.
