EU in Kosovo Communication Services

The overall objective of this project is to increase public awareness in Kosovo about the EU, its policies and programmes and their impact on citizens' daily lives. The project will include various information and communication activities with the aim of maintaining public support for the European integration process, based on well-informed and realistic expectations. The project outputs will include the day-to-day running of the Europe House in Pristina and Mitrovica North. The project will deliver thematic communication campaigns, outreach activities and networking, cultural diplomacy initiatives, online and social media activities, media monitoring and analysis, publications and other visibility materials, as well as opinion polling and assessment of communication actions.
