The city of Bad Camberg commissioned engineering and structural design services for the renovation of a retaining wall (Stützmauer) on Frankfurter Straße in Bad Camberg, which must be restored to structural soundness and equipped with proper drainage to support planned development above it, including renovation of the Bayerischer Hof building, a new annex with underground car park, and redesigned public spaces. HAZ Beratende Ingenieure GmbH was awarded the contract on 11 May 2026 for €105,335.14 to coordinate with architects, landscape planners, and heritage protection authorities on the design and integration of the retaining wall with the new construction.
