Neubau einer sechsgruppigen Kindertagesstätte in 67598 Gundersheim - Trockenbau

The Verbandsgemeindeverwaltung Wonnegau has awarded a dry construction contract worth €84,081.90 to Laetus GmbH for the construction of a six-group kindergarten facility in Gundersheim. The project involves building a two-storey building with flexible design accommodating future expansion, featuring modern amenities including group rooms, kitchens, play areas, and sustainable systems such as PV panels and green roofing. The facility was designed to operate alongside the existing kindergarten until completion, after which the old building will be demolished and the space converted to outdoor play areas.
