Predmetom zákazky je zriadenie DNS. Cieľom DNS je umožniť verejnému obstarávateľovi flexibilné zadávanie zákaziek v súlade so zákonom o verejnom obstarávaní podľa svojich reálnych potrieb, t.j. v čase a rozsahu, ktorý mu je známy. DNS bude slúžiť na zadávanie zákaziek týkajúcich sa dodania pohrebných truhiel bežne dostupných na trhu, v rámci DNS sa budú priebežne realizovať jednotlivé zákazky. DNS je zriadený na dobu trvania max. 6 rokov (72 mesiacov). Tento DNS je zriadený pre potreby verejného obstarávateľa a zákazky v ňom bude zadávať iba verejný obstarávateľ. DNS je rozdelený na kategórie predmetu obstarávania: 1. Truhly pohrebné, kremačné, drevené a sociálne PHZ 6 200 000,00 € bez DPH 2. Truhly pre alternatívne pochovávanie PHZ 50 000,00 € bez DPH
