Sanierung Schulgebäude, Maxim-Gorki-Str. 67, 18106 Rostock - Los 311 - Trockenbau

The City of Rostock is undertaking renovation of a school building at Maxim-Gorki-Straße 67 in Rostock Evershagen, a four-storey structure built in the 1970s that will be repurposed to house a daycare facility, youth club, and vocational school. The scope includes comprehensive interior and exterior work: envelope retrofitting (roof and façade), complete interior renovation, mechanical and electrical systems (heating, ventilation, sanitary), vocational school equipment, and site development, along with accessible entrance redesign including a lift. GTA Güstrower Trocken- & Akustikbau GmbH & CO. KG was awarded the contract for drywall work on 22 January 2025 for €679,979.03 and the work is now complete.
