SPL ARAC OCCITANIE awarded a project management contract valued at €2,612,411 to SEQUENCES for the design and oversight of a high-performance sports complex renovation and expansion. The scope includes diagnostic studies, feasibility and detailed design phases, and construction supervision across two phases: Phase 1 comprises a new building with reception areas, training facilities, and wrestling space plus weightlifting hall renovation (€9.7M); Phase 2 involves expansion with a multipurpose hall and renovation of existing facilities including a 50m pool, gymnasiums, climbing wall, and fencing hall (€8.3M), with an optional tranche for design updates on Phase 2.
