Le présent appel d'offres a pour objet la souscription des contrats d'assurance du groupement de commandes constitué entre la Ville de Lattes et le CCAS de Lattes. La procédure concerne des marchés à signer et notifier par un coordonnateur au nom et pour le compte d'un groupement de commandes mais à exécuter par chaque adhérent à ce groupement, en application des articles L.2113-6 et L.2113-7 du code de la commande publique.
