d'oeuvre restreint, visant à sélectionner une esquisse pour réaliser un
nouveau centre technique municipal, sis route de Lann Er Rheu à Brec'h
(Cf. synthèse du programme) sur un terrain de 7626 m² occupé par un
ancien garage de 874m².
Le projet représente environ 1 200 m² de surfaces bâties et 4 800 m²
d'espaces extérieurs dont 620m² couverts. Il implique des travaux de restructuration
du bâtiment.
La partie de l'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux y
compris VRD est estimée à 2 850 000 HT valeur novembre 2024.
