Overview
Horizon Zorgcentrum en gemeente Dijk en Waard als bouwheer namens Allente opvang en onderwijs, hebben samen het initiatief genomen een integraal kind- en ouderencentrum (IKOC) te Noord-Scharwoude te realiseren. Horizon Zorgcentrum is voor deze aanbesteding de penvoerder. Zij heeft hiertoe een Europees niet-openbare aanbestedingsprocedure uitgeschreven.
De opdracht is opgedeeld in de volgende percelen:
1. Bouwkundige realisatie (inclusief vaste inrichting)
2. Technische installatie (elektrotechnisch en werktuigbouwkundig)
U kunt maximaal beide percelen gegund krijgen. Deze opdracht betreft een overeenkomst met een totale waarde van €15.200.000,00. De geraamde waarde per perceel ziet er als volgt uit:
• Perceel 1 Bouwkundige realisatie (incl. bijkomende kosten aannemer) € 10.900.000,-
• Perceel 2 Technische installatie € 4.300.000,-
