Contract for the establishment, operation, maintenance, and support of a Planning System as a Service for public transport

Sydtrafik and four other Danish public transport authorities have awarded a contract to M.A.I.O.R SRL for 3,731,695 EUR to establish, operate, maintain, and support a Planning System as a Service for public transport. The system will handle planning, administration, and IT functions for bus, train, and light rail traffic across the participating authorities, with implementation, onboarding, training, and ongoing maintenance services. The contract includes a framework agreement element allowing the authorities to purchase ad hoc support services at agreed hourly rates throughout the contract term.
