Erweiterung der Eichendorffschule in Esslingen am Neckar - Gebäudeplanung

Städtische Gebäude Esslingen am Neckar has awarded architectural planning services to PLAN 7 Architekten Partnerschaft mbB for the expansion of Eichendorffschule, a primary school in Esslingen am Neckar, under HOAI 2021 design phases 1–9 (initially phases 1–3 on a call-off basis). The scope includes designing a new extension of approximately 800 m² to accommodate the school's conversion to an all-day facility from school year 2028/29, comprising a dining hall, kitchen, three classrooms, support spaces, and an external elevator for barrier-free access, with estimated construction costs of approximately 1.88 million EUR and planned completion in July 2029.
