Fortsatt tågfärjetrafik mellan Sverige och Tyskland

Trafikverket has awarded a contract to Stena Line Scandinavia AB for continued train ferry operations between Sweden and Germany, valued at 309 million SEK. The service ensures that railway-bound and oversized cargo transport remains viable for six years until the Fehmarn Belt connection opens, with compensation covering the additional costs of operating two train ferries on daily routes.
