L'opération consiste à réhabiliter le Hall 03 de l'ancien parc des expositions et d'en faire un lieu de vie. Nous commençons les travaux par le clos et couvert, partie des travaux de la tranche ferme.
- La tranche ferme qui comprend le clos couvert, soit les travaux de rénovation complète du bâti, et la mise aux normes du bâtiment afin d'accueillir du public.
- Une tranche optionnelle comprenant la réalisation des travaux de second oeuvre, d'aménagement intérieur pour un programme à définir.
