Lot 1 Establishment of a Multi Supplier Framework of Specialist Contractors for BEMS Installations at UCC AND Lot 2 Upgrade and Maintenance of BMS Platform in the Western Campus, UCC AND Lot 3 Upgrade and Maintenance of BMS Platform in the Boole Library UCC hereby issues this information in accordance with the requirements of EC directive 2014/24/EU (open procedure) to complete BEMS Installations works as follows • Lot 1 Establishment of multi supplier Framework of Specialist Contractors for BEMS Installations at UCC – based on labour rates against Notional hours and basket of items detailed in the Lot 1 Pricing document. • Lot 2 Upgrade and Maintenance of BMS Platform in the Western Campus- This Project is for upgrading the existing Trend 963 Building Management System (BMS) supervisor software which is currently unsupported by Trend, to the current BMS supervisor software version for two separate UCC buildings: BHSC (Brookfield Health Sciences Complex) and WGB (Western Gateway building). Also as part of this upgrade, UCC wish to install an integrated Energy management system (EMS) package.
