The Military Intelligence Service of Bulgaria procured the supply of net active electrical energy and selection of a balancing group coordinator for eight facilities, covering medium and low voltage electricity delivery for twelve months with an estimated consumption of 1,969,365 kWh across all tariff zones. The contract was awarded on 16 July 2026 to Nomad Energy Company EOOD for EUR 301,509.76, with the supplier responsible for all delivery activities in accordance with Bulgarian energy legislation.
