ποσοστό έκπτωσης επί τοις εκατό (%), επί της εκάστοτε διαμορφούμενης, μέσης λιανικής τιμής
πώλησης έκαστου είδους, όπως αυτή ανακοινώνεται από το Παρατηρητήριο Τιμών Υγρών Καυσίμων
του Υπουργείου Ανάπτυξης και Επενδύσεων, για την περιοχή του Νομού Λασιθίου, για το σύνολο των
ειδών. Το ποσοστό αυτό μπορεί να είναι και αρνητικό ,χωρίς να υπερβαίνει το
5% (αρ.63,Ν.4257/14).
