Vergabe von Planungsleistungen für den Umbau einer Schule zur KiTa für die Fachplanung technische Gebäudeausrüstung (§§ 53-56 HOAI)

The City of Lahr has awarded planning services for the technical building systems design (electrical and sanitary trades) for the conversion of the Alte Schule Reichenbach from a school into a kindergarten facility. The project involves comprehensive renovation and structural separation from the adjacent Altes Rathaus, with provisions for five childcare groups (three over-3 and two under-3) plus an optional sixth group, along with associated spaces such as activity rooms, kitchen, and administrative areas, as well as a new annex with elevator and secondary emergency exit to ensure barrier-free access and safety compliance. The contract was awarded to Eichhorn Ingenieure GmbH & Co. KG and concept e GmbH for a value of 207,026.39 EUR on 27 May 2026.
