Es sind zwei Schaltschränke geplant. Eine reversible Wärmepumpe ist in BAC-Net einzubinden. Die Raumtemperaturregelung erfolgt über 16 Stück im Fußbodenheizungsverteiler einzubauende Mod-Bus Feldeinheiten. Diese werden über 46 Mod-Bus Raumfühler und 60 Stellmotoren die Einzelraumtemperaturen regeln. Es ist ein Lüftungsgerät inkl. 6 Brandschutzklappen zur regeln. Weiter sind 27 variable Volumenstromregler mittels Mod-Bus zu regeln.
