Erweiterung und Sanierung GS Ichenhausen Rohbauarbeiten - Erweiterungsbau

Stadt Ichenhausen awarded a contract to Höfle & Wohlrab Bau GmbH on 15 June 2026 for raw construction work on the extension and renovation of Grundschule Ichenhausen. The project comprises construction of a single-storey timber-frame extension building on a concrete base slab, followed by renovation of the existing school building including modernization of technical systems, adaptation for contemporary learning methods, barrier-free accessibility with an elevator, and redesign of external facilities, all to be carried out during ongoing school operations.
