Single-cell multi-omics analysetoestel

Universiteit Gent has procured a single-cell multi-omics analysis instrument from Becton Dickinson Benelux for €74,853.24, awarded on 8 July 2026. The system supports integrated transcriptomic, proteomic, and epigenetic analysis at single-cell level, including RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, CITE-seq, and TCR/BCR repertoire profiling, with flexible throughput capacity and quality control features. The scope encompasses equipment purchase, delivery, installation, user training, consumables, warranty (minimum 1 year, ideally 2 years), and compatibility with future multi-omics methods and software upgrades.
