Overview
Die MPG hat einen regelmäßigen Bedarf an Lieferleistungen von EDV-Verbrauchsmaterial verschiedener Hersteller zum Betrieb ihrer IT-Hardware. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist daher der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarungen ("RV", "Vertrag" oder "Vereinbarung") mit einem (1) Rahmenvertragspartner ( "Auftragnehmer", "AN" bzw. "RV-Partner"), der den Auftraggeber auf Abruf aus der RV bei der Auswahl von EDV-Verbrauchsmaterial unterstützen und ihn mit solchen versorgen.
Der Leistungsumfang setzt sich jeweils aus folgenden Leistungskomponenten zusammen:
• Bereitstellung, Anbindung und Betrieb eines Online-Shops für die MPG,
• Veräußerung und Lieferung von EDV-Verbrauchsmaterial,
